So what does “Wellbeing” mean anyway?

The term “Wellbeing” can be thought about in many different ways.  In the context of Koru Koha we conceptualize this to mean a Well, Being, that is a person who is feeling well.  And as this is an holistic approach to life “wellbeing” doesn’t just mean healthy in a physical sense, but to also feel a sense of internal appreciation and contentment with life, no matter what influences may be at play.  So no matter what the circumstances, even if there are significant challenges in your life (and let’s face it, that is part of living in this human body), we have the capacity to feel well, happy, fulfilled, content and appreciate every moment of our lives.  We do not have to wait to partake of a feeling of wellbeing, we can create this from any beginning place and in any condition.  At Koru Koha Wellbeing we offer the teachings and technology of Wisdom Healing (Zhineng) Qigong as a modality to find that pathway to wellbeing.
